I'm Justice Brakache aka Mr. Peach urging you to pay your insurance premiums! I'm here today at one of our 16 locations to do what I do best and that's answer questions for our customers. And by the way I am a licensed insurance agent in the state of Georgia.

Hey my name is Ricas, I want to know why I've got to pay insurance and what do I have covered on my insurance?

Hey there, Ricas. That's a very good question if I do say so myself.

So why do we have to pay insurance and what is covered? So, why do we have to pay insurance? It's actually mandated by the state that you have at least liability coverage, which covers $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident with a property damage coverage of $25,000 per accident as well. Those are the state minimum coverages that you have but you, upon speaking to an agent, would have the opportunity to get more coverage if you would like. However, that is a state minimum coverage and, for that reason, that covers the state mandate of you having insurance.

So, that is a very good question. We gotta keep you legal and can’t have you driving dirty, Ricas.
